I created this organization in order to help good fathers who deserve more time with their children, but finances prevent it. Most places instantly give the mother custody if there is a split, especially if you're unmarried. I fully understand that, but barely being able to see my daughter and having no control over it has been by far the most difficult and painful thing I've dealt with. Lots of people are living paycheck to paycheck these days and that makes it near impossible to save the $4,000 to $10,000 that's required for legitimization and custody court. I love being a father and I love my daughter more than anyone in the universe. Now although there are deadbeat dads out there, there's also fathers who love there kid/kids the same way I do. I believe the ones of us who are worthy of the title "Father", should be given equal or fair custody. . So, if you're in a position to help any donation helps and is greatly appreciated.

OUR MISSION
Custody for fathers is dedicated to providing support and resources to fathers, especially those striving to obtain custody of their children. We aim to create a safe and inclusive space where fathers can find the guidance and assistance they need during challenging times. Our platform is designed to connect fathers with legal experts, offer valuable advice, and connect with others going through the same battle. Those of you who have kids are aware of the astonishing love a good parent has for their child. Not being able to see them, and not by choice, has been the hardest thing I've ever done and I hope to change the process and make it easier for others.
